Terms of Service

Last updated: June 23, 2026

Bullets is a checklist platform operated by LarkIT (Finland). These terms govern your use of the service. By using Bullets, you agree to them. This document is provided for transparency and may be updated over time.

The service

Bullets lets you create, run, and share checklists. It is provided free of charge and on an "as is" basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

Your account

Sign-in is passwordless, via a one-time link sent to your email. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your inbox and any API keys secure.

Your content

You keep ownership of the checklists and content you create. You grant LarkIT a limited licence to host, store, and display that content as needed to operate the service. Checklists you publish or share are visible to anyone with the link or through the public catalog.

Acceptable use

Don't use Bullets for unlawful, harmful, infringing, or abusive content, and don't attempt to break, overload, or scrape the service beyond the provided API. Keep your API keys secret; you are responsible for requests made with them.

API and AI agents

Programmatic access (REST and MCP) is governed by these same terms. Use it fairly and don't abuse rate or capacity limits.

Content disclaimer

Checklists are user-generated and provided for information only. Nothing on Bullets — including health, safety, or first-aid checklists — is professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional for decisions that matter.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by Finnish and EU law, LarkIT is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of Bullets.

Termination

You may stop using Bullets and delete your content or account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes are reflected by the "last updated" date above. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland.
